i was so looking forward to the end of the contract but they require time to hire and train new ppl so want us to extend. damn sian but staying la, til 27 may, since the oics so nice to us. 2 more weeks. haiz.
got call from moe for the teaching award. they're proposing i read math and minor in chem for uni. that means i'll have to go nus science. somehow this puts me off. was pretty set on ntu or smu alr den they come and disrupt. plus my dad's pretty set on me accepting it cuz cover tuition fees and stuff. i hate feeling like i have no choice. and really dun want to study math, so disgusting. plus i read over my relief teaching entries... dun think teaching is for me ba... i mean, i like teaching but can't handle the kids. 8 years of doing what i may not like. i guess what really puts me off is everyone seem to want to make the decision for me. i hate being cornered into a decision. smu is out of the question, cuz it's the most ex, although the double degree is attractive. either nus sci with teaching award or ntu accountancy with bank loan. gonna sleep on it.
